1. Payment: Monthly subscriptions will be charged every 30-days or once per calendar month until the subscription is cancelled or the payment method become invalid. Cancellations take effect on the next billing period and there are no refunds for unused portions. Annual subscriptions are valid for 365 days and do NOT automatically renew. A renewal notice will be sent prior to expiration.  

2. Refunds: Once a subscription has been ordered and paid for, it is NOT REFUNDABLE. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscribers may terminate their service. However, when termination is requested by the subscriber, subscription charges are still not refundable. Subscriptions are not transferable. 

3. Vacation: TD Trader publishes 48 weeks per calender year. There is a break for two weeks in December and two weeks in the summer. Subscribers will be warned in advance of said breaks.
